What can I say! Thank you really doesn't come close. It was such a shock hearing the prognosis from my Dentist, bearing in mind I have religiously attended check-ups every six months since I was 3 years old... I am so relieved to have been seen by you and your team. Not only did you put my mind at rest, you made me feel welcome and comfortable and that isn't an easy thing to do when I visit the dentist. We started going to Reg's dentist a few years ago. We have found the dental experience to be far from clinical and detached, which my wife, who had a phobia of dentists, was surprised about. Reg and co are very personable, put you at ease and explain your treatment programme to you in a manner that does not make you feel intimidated or incompetent. I for one hope to be using this surgery for many years to come.

I would like to thank you and your wonderful staff at the practice for both the professional and kind treatment which I have received over the last 4.5 months. From the minute I walked in the door, with I might add a dreadful set of worn decaying teeth, till the minute I left today with a completely new look. I felt I must write to convey my gratitude for the treatment which I received while having an implant. The whole procedure was pain free and I was totally put at ease by yourself, your dental nurse and your receptionist/secretary Louisa. The atmosphere was so friendly from the moment I arrived and when I was able to we all had a good laugh together. I would have no qualms in repeating the procedure if or when it becomes necessary again and in fact I tell all my friends and family that if they need implants then you are their man!! My fears of changing dentist were totally unfounded. Reg is a thoroughly nice person who I trust implicitly, an excellent dentist - plus he shares my interest in wildlife too! Louisa always greets us on personal terms and I feel safe in the hands of the team. I would thoroughly recommend this surgery to anyone - and my husband agrees too.

I started seeing Reg a long time ago, and I can honestly say he is brilliant. I would never go anywhere else for treatment, I find the atmosphere caring and relaxed and I would trust Reg with my life. I have been more than satisfied with the care and good treatment I have received from over the years, and if he were to move to Timbuktu then that's where I would go for my treatment!!

I have been totally impressed by his professionalism and kindness. His treatment has always been gentle and painless. Visiting the dentist can be a daunting experience. Not so here. The ambience of this very caring dental practice is superb. Nothing is too much trouble for Reg and his team. I would not hesitate to recommend this superb dental practice for its care, commitment and very homely environment.

Would recommend Reg to anyone who is anxious of visiting the dentist. He and his staff make you feel so at ease it's not like walking into a dentist. I am a very nervous patient, but I trust Reg. Would never go to any other Dentist. This is the best!!!

I would like to thank you for replacing my crown on Friday evening. I left your practice feeling both surprised and uplifted. I did not realise such caring attitudes still existed. I hold your actions at high regard and congratulate you on being a caring professional.

Called up ad hoc with a split wisdom tooth and was able to see the Dentist that very morning. Fantastic as I'm a night worker. Nothing appeared too much trouble prior to my visit and I already felt confident. The extraction went so well I didn't even realise the wisdom tooth had been removed. I can't possibly recommend this practice enough, the care and procedure received is unsurpassed in all my years of having to go see a Dentist.

Came here under extreme circumstances with my husband having a severely infected tooth that needed extracting. Our usual dentist was very disappointing at trying to fix it but thankfully we found Reg - what a star!! The tooth is out. As a family we have now found a new dentist.

I just wanted to send a message to thank you for the advice you have kindly provided to me. There was no 'hard sell' steering me toward potentially costly treatment rather all options were discussed and clearly explained.
