If you are not satisfied with our service in the first instance please contact our practice manager by calling 01277 658895 and in writing by addressing your letter to Mr Reginald O’Neill, 105 Chapel Street, Billericay, Essex, CM12 9LR.
You can expect to receive an acknowledgement to any complaints within 3 working days, to be followed up with our response. Should you remain unsatisfied with our responses you have various mediation, legal and regulatory routes to follow and we will help direct your complaint for a satisfactory outcome. A copy of our complaints procedure can be provided on request.
