We want you feel at home with our team at our practice in Chapel Street. My aim is that you will find a practice that is not only a centre of excellence that sets the standards for high-quality dental care, but one that is dedicated to making you feel welcome, where you can relax and linger – a place you will look forward to visiting!
We are a very long established private practice started by Barry Turner in Ingatestone in the 1960’s moving to Billericay in the early 1980’s. I took over in 2000 and we moved from our High Street address to 105 Chapel Street in 2008. We have always been very sensitive to the specific needs of nervous patients and have been committed to providing an environment that is not challenging to your senses of well-being, whether it is our award winning gardening or a welcoming coffee in comfortable surroundings. We continue to offer nitrous oxide laughing gas and Intravenous Sedation on request.
An intact functioning bite and a healthy smile that is well maintained are priorities in our practice. To compliment this we are pleased to offer facial aesthetic treatments and referrals for aesthetic surgery. After years of lecturing and demonstrating the use of Botulinum toxin, and pioneering aesthetic medicine by dentists including use of autologous dermal fibroblasts by the Isolagen system, I have been appointed chairman of the Association of Facial Aesthetics by CODE, the Confederation of Dental Employers. I am also privileged to have held faculty positions at both the University of Warwick and with the Misch International Implant institute in Europe.
Of course your teeth are your responsibility and we do request your cooperation in order to deliver the level of our care that we aspire to as a Team. This includes taking care to ensure appointments can be honoured without cancelling at short notice.
